Pirki
With Pirki, developing company culture and people operations is a true calling. Pirki holds Master's degree in Human Resource Management and has worked in people, culture and DEI all her working career ; since 2001. Pirki has held various HR leadership roles and worked as people development specialist in Scandinavia as well as the UK, Central Europe, the Middle East, the USA and Asia. Her experience comes from many different industries, from large international companies as well as growth driven start-ups. Pirki is a committed advisor, she has both vision to innovate and experience to know what HR proactises are needed to deliver business strategy. And through her years of experience she has also a bag full of best practices and solutions to many people and culture related situations.
